Accountability

The problem: You don't have anyone to keep you accountable when working out at home or on your own, even at a gym.

Our solution: We will provide weekly assessments, reminders via email and/or Facebook, incentives and prizes for participation and consistency with nutrition and workouts.  We will also require weekly check-ins, and provide discounts for referrals!

Diet Confusion

The problem: You’re either a beginner who doesn’t know where to start when it comes to knowing how to eat to feel your best, OR you are a seasoned dieter and are so confused when it comes to knowing which foods/nutrition plan/diet is best for you. You are run down by all the information and options out there and just want a clear plan on what to do.

Our solution: You will have access to a registered dietician, a trained Eating Psychology Coach with a background in nutrition (Ciara) along with an in-training nutrition expert (Coéle). We will teach you how to eat for your unique body type. We will teach you what specific macronutrients and micronutrients are and how they help fuel your body to feel its best. We will teach you the value of quality ingredients and how that alone can boost your metabolism. We will give you the tools to understand nutritional balance without restriction or giving up your favorite foods.

Motivation

The problem: You have no motivation to start or continue a program after the first week or two. Your goal is either too big and daunting, or it has lost its luster and shine after the initial ‘motivation’ you had at the beginning of the program.

Our solution: We will give you a step by step system to creating new habits and routines that inspire you into action. We will teach you how to create and focus on mini goals and non-scale victories vs. only relying on a number on the scale.

Finances

The problem: I don’t want to spend that much money on a program when I can just go to a gym.

Our solution: Our program is cheaper than the majority of gyms out there. Our program provides the services of a personal trainer, eating coaches, registered dietitians, and nutritionists. Most gyms (specifically in Colorado) run from $56 (YMCA for a single adult household) up to $160 (VillaSport full family membership) per month. That doesn’t even include a personal trainer who will design workouts for YOU specifically that can be done at home with minimal equipment. That also doesn’t include a nutritionist who will design meal plans for you or an eating coach that will help you work on your specific struggles when it comes to eating a whole-food, balanced diet, or issues with over-eating, binge eating, body image, fatigue, digestion, mood issues and more.  Just a reminder, our most EXCLUSIVE program is under $100 per month!
